I specialise in supporting hypermobile women, especially those dealing with that nagging lower back pain doctors can’t quite explain. If you're bendy but constantly feel stiff, exhausted, and weirdly inflexible, you're not alone. I’ve been there too, unsure what was going on in my own body, frustrated by a lack of answers. But I found a way through, and now I’m here to help you do the same. With over a decade of coaching experience and lived experience as a hypermobile woman, I’ve created this Ultra-Beginner Programme specifically for women like us; for the moment you’re overwhelmed, unsure where to start, and just need something real, clear, and doable. This isn’t glossy or gimmicky. It’s filmed in my living room (yes, the cat makes a few cameos), and it’s designed to be your foundation: - 12 x 20 minute workouts a week, designed to be completed twice, at your pace - No jumping, no leaping, just control - No equipment, no prior experience, just you and me You'll learn how to move safely, build strength, and work with your body instead of constantly fighting it.
